About - Air Quality Hub

The Air Quality Hub is an air quality knowledge sharing platform for local authorities where experience and insights on air quality related issues can be readily shared throughout the country. The website contains a comprehensive library of air quality publications from a number of organisations and advertisement of relevant events and programmes.

The Air Quality Hub was originally developed by the Low Emission Partnership (City of York, Lancaster City Council and Mid Devon District Council) and funded via the DEFRA air quality grant scheme. From 2024, DEFRA assumed ownership of the Air Quality Hub. Bureau Veritas is contracted to manage and maintain the Air Quality Hub on DEFRA’s behalf.
